The Dodgers outrighted Barnes to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday.
Barnes no longer possesses a spot on the 40-man roster after the Dodgers designated him for assignment over the weekend, but he'll stick around in the organization as swingman depth at Triple-A after going unclaimed off waivers. The 30-year-old lefty has made four appearances in the big leagues this season between stops with the Cubs and Dodgers, logging a 7.50 ERA and 1.92 WHIP across 12 innings.
