Giants' Austin Wynns: Contract selected by San Francico

Wynns had his contract selected by the Giants on Saturday.

The 32-year-old will join the Giants with Roberto Perez (shoulder) headed to the 60-day injured list. Wynns should split reps behind the plate with Blake Sabol until Joey Bart (back) is able to return from the IL.
