The Giants reinstated Casali from the paternity list Friday, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
After staying at home during the Giants' three-game road series against the Nationals, Casali has rejoined the team in time for Friday's series opener against the Tigers. Jakson Reetz was optioned to Triple-A Sacramento in a corresponding move.
