Brooks isn't in the Giants' lineup versus the Astros on Tuesday.
Brooks started in the last two games at first and went 1-for-6. Prior to the two starts Sunday and Monday, he did not appear in four consecutive games. The first baseman has been seeing more regular playing time with LaMonte Wade (hamstring) on the injured list, but Wilmer Flores will get the start at first base Tuesday.
