Flores (foot) said he expects to be activated from the injured list when first eligible early next week, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Flores ran the bases and fielded grounders Wednesday as he completes his recovery from the left foot contusion that sent him to the 10-day IL on June 17. It sounds like he'll be ready to return to the Giants' active roster ahead of their series opener next Tuesday in Toronto.
