Manzardo is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rangers.

Southpaw Patrick Corbin is on the hill for Texas, so Manzardo and fellow left-handed hitters George Valera and C.J. Kayfus will head to the bench. With Manzardo sitting, Jose Ramirez will get a day off from playing the field and will serve as Cleveland's designated hitter.
