The Mariners selected Hahn's contract from Triple-A Tacoma on Wednesday.
Hahn re-signed with the Mariners after being outrighted off their 40-man roster last month, and that decision has paid off as he now finds himself back in the big leagues. The 35-year-old permitted one unearned run over four innings in his two relief outings with Seattle earlier this season.
