Rivera notched his first long ball of the season Tuesday, taking Jeffrey Springs yard in the first inning. With the Marlins unloading several bats at the deadline, Rivera could see regular playing time down the stretch of the regular season. The 28-year-old is slashing .212/.296/.279 with 14 RBI and 14 runs across 190 plate appearances.
