Rangers starting pitcher Martin Perez tossed his fourth quality start in a row Saturday, in a 15-3 win over the Mariners.

Perez actually fell behind early in the game, allowing two runs in the first two innings, before settling down. He gave up another run in the third inning, but shut the Mariners out from that point on. He was charged with three runs on eight hits and a walk in seven innings, while striking out five batters.

Perez is 6-3 with a 3.48 ERA in 12 starts, but has gotten better as the season has gone on. In his last four starts, Perez is 3-0 with a 2.15 ERA. His next start is scheduled for Friday against the White Sox.
