The Mets optioned Warren to Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday.
Warren will return to Triple-A after he was up with the Mets for just one day as the 27th man for Wednesday's doubleheader with the Brewers. The right-handed reliever ended up going unused in both games of the twin bill.
