Nimmo is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Marlins.
Nimmo has struck out eight times across his last 14 plate appearances, and he might have had a tough time bouncing back Wednesday against a left-handed starting pitcher (Braxton Garrett), so he'll be given the day off to regroup. Tyrone Taylor will replace Nimmo in left field and will bat sixth.
