Mets manager Carlos Mendoza said Wednesday that there's a "really good chance" McNeil (wrist) is on the NLCS roster as long as he comes out of his two rehab games in the Arizona Fall League with no concerns, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

McNeil will play full games with the Scottsdale Scorpions in the AFL on Friday and Saturday -- seeing reps at both second base and in right field -- and it would appear he's virtually a lock to be added to the Mets' NLCS roster as long as he doesn't experience a setback with his fractured right wrist. He would likely take Luisangel Acuna's spot on the active roster, but how much McNeil might play is a question mark. Current second baseman Jose Iglesias is hitting .207/.233/.207 during the postseason, while current right fielder Starling Marte is batting .200/.333/.200.
