Peraza signed a minor-league contract with the Mets on Friday which includes an invitation to spring training, the team announced.
Peraza was a part-time player for the Mets in 2021 before spending all of 2022 at the Triple-A level split between the Yankees and Red Sox organizations. The 28-year-old will compete in spring training for a reserve role.
