Reddick agreed to a minor-league deal with the Mets on Wednesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Reddick was let go by Arizona at the start of the week after being designated for assignment, and he'll now receive an opportunity with New York. The 34-year-old appeared in 54 games for the Diamondbacks and hit .258/.285/.371 with two homers, 11 doubles, 21 RBI and 15 runs in 158 plate appearances.
