Vientos isn't in the Mets' lineup for Thursday's game against the Diamondbacks.
Vientos will get a chance to rest Thursday after slashing .256/.273/.442 with two homers and seven RBI over his last 10 games. Jose Iglesias will take his place at the hot corner and bat seventh.
