The Mets selected Festa's contract from Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday.
Festa joined the Mets on a minor-league contract in May after being released from his minors deal with the Padres. The right-hander will receive a look in the big leagues after he posted a 1.76 ERA in 11 outings with Syracuse.
