Wood went 4-for-5 with a double, one RBI and three runs scored in Tuesday's 9-3 win over the Orioles.
Wood logged the second four-hit game of his rookie campaign and was almost perfect at the plate until grounding out in his final at-bat. The 21-year-old is in the midst of a breakout August, tallying six extra-base hits, 10 RBI, 11 runs scored and four steals through 11 contests. On the season, he is hitting .283 with four home runs, 26 RBI, 23 runs scored and six steals across 157 plate appearances.
