Corbin (5-12) earned the win Tuesday over the Marlins, allowing two runs on seven hits and three walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out eight.
It's the third straight win for Corbin, who's allowed just three runs over 17.2 innings while racking up 22 strikeouts in that span -- the left-hander had struggled to an 8.51 ERA in his previous five outings. Overall, Corbin's lowered his ERA to 5.41 on the year with a 1.52 WHIP and 121:51 K:BB across 153 innings. He'll look to keep the momentum going in his next start, currently scheduled for this weekend in Pittsburgh.
