Alexander (hand) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A on Tuesday, Andy Kostka of TheBanner.com reports.
Alexander has fully recovered from the fracture in his left hand that sent him to the injured list in mid-July, but he's now been cleared for game action. It's unclear how many games the 27-year-old will require during the rehab stint, but he could be back with the Orioles within the next week.
