Burnes (11-4) earned the win Tuesday over the Blue Jays, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks over 6.2 innings. He struck out seven.
Burnes has been a rock for the Orioles this season -- he's now recorded six straight quality starts and 16 in his last 17 outings. Burnes' ERA now sits at 2.47, the second-best mark in the majors, with a 1.04 WHIP and 128:33 K:BB across 22 starts (138.2 innings). The 29-year-old right-hander is currently lined up for a two-start week -- Burnes is scheduled to face the Guardians on the road this weekend.
