The Orioles claimed White off waivers from the Marlins on Monday.
White made his major-league debut with Miami this past season but was tagged for five runs on one hit, four walks and a hit-by-pitch across two-thirds of an inning. He spent the bulk of the campaign with Triple-A Jacksonville, logging a 2.41 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 62:31 K:BB across 56 frames. The 25-year-old will likely get a shot to break camp with Baltimore.
