Orioles relief pitcher Ryan Webb underwent surgery to tighten the capsule in his his non-throwing at the end of the season, reports the Baltimore Sun. Webb went 3-3 with a 3.83 ERA in 51 games for the Oriole last season. He resumed throwing and is expected to be fully recovered for spring training.
