The Orioles outrighted Blewett to their spring training complex Monday, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.
Blewett cleared waivers after being removed from the 40-man roster and has decided to accept an outright assignment. He has 44.1 innings under his belt in the majors this season, collecting a 5.48 ERA between the Twins, Orioles and Atlanta.
