Kim went 2-for-4 with a double, a solo home run and a strikeout in Thursday's 8-3 loss to the Dodgers.

Kim got San Diego on the board with his second-inning shot to left off Los Angeles starter Tony Gonsolin and later knocked a ground-rule double in the sixth. The long ball is the 25-year-old's second in his last four games and Kim finishes September batting 6-for-23 with two doubles and the two homers, though that total came in just 11 games.
