Bogaerts was removed from Tuesday's game after fouling a ball off his foot during his plate appearance in the seventh inning. X-rays on his foot came back negative, and the veteran shortstop has been cleared to play in Wednesday's contest. Bogaerts has reached base safely in six consecutive games, going 7-for-20 with two steals and two RBI in that span.
