Randolph (elbow) has gone 1-for-8 with a home run and a walk in his three games for Triple-A Lehigh Valley since being activated from the 7-day injured list Friday.
Randolph was cleared to return to the Lehigh Valley lineup over the weekend after completing a five-game rehab stint in the rookie-level Florida Complex League. The 24-year-old outfielder had been out of action since late May with a sprained right elbow.
