Randolph (elbow) began a rehab assignment in the rookie-level Florida Complex League on Aug. 13 and has gone 2-for-10 with three walks, three RBI and two runs in four games.
Randolph has been on the 7-day injured list at Triple-A Lehigh Valley since June 5 with a right elbow sprain, but he looks to be closing in on a return. Prior to sustaining the injury, the 24-year-old outfielder was slashing .311/.378/.541 with four home runs and four stolen bases over 82 plate appearances at Triple-A.
