Realmuto is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Brewers.
After a recent five-game absence due to a knee injury, Realmuto had started at catcher in each of the Phillies' ensuing five games while going 4-for-18 with two doubles, two RBI and one run. Realmuto appears to be getting a routine maintenance day Wednesday.
