The Phillies outrighted Henry to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Thursday after he cleared waivers.
Henry was designated for assignment Monday to clear a 40-man roster spot for the newly acquired Caleb Kilian. Prior to hitting waivers, Henry was selected from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on July 24 to fill in as depth with Rafael Marchan (knee) getting placed on the 10-day injured list. Henry was later optioned July 28.
