The Phillies optioned Wilson to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Saturday, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.
Wilson saw one start during his brief stint with the big club, going 0-for-4 at the plate. He's headed back to the minors to make room on the roster for Brandon Marsh, who was activated from the 10-day injured list Saturday.
