After making four straight starts behind the plate from Aug. 8 through 12, Davis appears to have fallen into a timeshare with Rafael Flores. Davis has started on consecutive days just once over the past 10 games, with Flores' hot bat earning him more opportunities behind the plate as well as at first base on his non-catching days.
