Stallings was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.
Stallings was brought up by the Pirates on Sunday and went 1-for-8 at the plate with a double during his time with the club. Prior to being called up, he had been hitting .199/.242/.340 with four home runs and 21 RBI for Indianapolis this year.
