Carter went 1-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Sunday's 10-4 win over Toronto.
Carter put the finishing touch on the victory with a two-run homer in the ninth inning. It was his fifth in 59 games this season. Carter's hit safely in all four appearances since returning from the injured list last week, going 5-for-13 with three RBI, a stolen base and three runs scored.
