Heim was pulled from Wednesday's contest against Houston due to left wrist soreness.
Heim was grabbing at his left side and his left wrist after a swing in the fourth inning, and it's now been confirmed to be the wrist that's giving him problems. The Rangers will keep an eye on Heim, and he'll get to take advantage of Texas' day off Thursday to rest before potentially returning Friday against San Diego.
