Heim went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's win over the Yankees.
Heim took Domingo German deep for a solo shot in the bottom of the fourth inning, tying the game at 2-2. The homer was his 16th of the season and third in his last 15 games. Heim will finish the regular season with 16 home runs, 48 RBI, 51 runs and two stolen bases while posting a .227 average over 406 at-bats in 127 games.
