Hamilton (knee) is headed to Houston to have his knee examined Monday and will likely need to have more surgery on his left knee, TR Sullivan of MLB.com reports.
This is tough news for the 35-year-old, who was looking to return to the majors after missing all of 2016 recovering from a torn ACL on the same left knee. It's unknown how serious it is, but there is a good chance Hamilton may never be healthy enough to play in the majors again.
