Tsutsugo has yet to report to Rangers camp because of visa issues, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.
Tsutsugo was probably already a long shot to win a bench job as a non-roster invitee, and any chances he had might be out the window now with his late start. Once his visa problems are resolved, he should begin the season at Triple-A Round Rock.
