Rays second baseman Logan Forsythe left Tuesday's game against the Marlins with a bruised right foot, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune reports.
An Adam Conley pitch plunked Forsythe on the foot in the first, and while he was able to stay in the game initially, Forsythe was ultimately lifted for Tim Beckham after the second inning. It sounds like Forsythe was fortunate enough to escape without any serious damage to the foot, though it's always possible the Rays could opt to send him for additional testing.
