The Red Sox recalled Horn from Triple-A Worcester on Monday, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

Both the Red Sox and Blue Jays are able to appoint a 27th man for their game Monday after the teams completed a game earlier in the day that had previously been suspended June 26. With Horn serving as the Red Sox's 27th man, he'll likely head back to Triple-A immediately after Monday's contest.
