Wong is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

He'll get a breather for the series finale after starting behind the dish for each of the Red Sox's last three contests. Reese McGuire will handle the catching duties Sunday.
