Rodriguez left Tuesday's game with left hamstring tightness, Ian Browne of MLB.com reports.
The injury cut short what was shaping up to be a brilliant performance -- Rodriguez hadn't allowed a hit when he exited in the fifth inning. His status for his next scheduled start is uncertain and may not be known until later in the week, when the Red Sox are able to gauge his progress or lack thereof. Matt Barnes replaced Rodriguez on the mound.
