Bogaerts (wrist) is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Astros, Tim Britton of the Providence Journal reports.
Bogaerts left Friday's game after being hit on the wrist by a Luke Gregerson offering, and although X-rays on the area came back negative, he will get the day off Saturday. Brock Holt will slide over to cover shortstop Saturday with Bogaerts sitting out, but he could return to the order for Sunday's series finale. However, Bogaerts did note that he doesn't have much mobility in the wrist, and he'll avoid swinging a bat Saturday, so a return Sunday is certainly no lock.
