Doyle (leg) could need another day or two off after being scratched from Monday's lineup against the Marlins, Patrick Lyons of JustBaseball.com reports.
Doyle's injury doesn't appear to be overly serious, but the club seems content to hold him out a day or two longer to ensure he's at 100 percent before taking the field. Sam Hilliard, who drew the start in center field Monday and Jordan Beck are the likely candidates for playing time until Doyle is cleared to return.
