Doyle (quadricep) is not in the lineup Sunday against the Padres, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Doyle will be on the bench for a third consecutive game while he contends with left quad tightness. Per MLB.com, Doyle has said that his condition is improving, but a move to the injured list could be in the forecast if he doesn't return to the lineup for Monday's game against the Dodgers. With Doyle out once again Sunday, the Rockies will roll out an outfield of Zac Veen, Mickey Moniak and Nick Martini from left to right in the series finale in San Diego.
