Feltner did not factor into the decision in a win over the Orioles on Saturday, allowing five runs on six hits and one walk over 4.2 innings while striking out six.
Feltner kept Baltimore off the scoreboard through the first three innings before allowing a leadoff single to Gunnar Henderson in the fourth, followed by a three-run homer off the bat of Anthony Santander three batters later. The right-hander would also go on to cough up a leadoff shot in the fifth, marking the third time in his last six starts that he's given up multiple home runs. Feltner was charged with five runs in the contest, the most he's allowed since June 19 against the Dodgers (span of nine starts) and he's still looking for his first win in over four months. On a positive note, Feltner did generate 12 whiffs on the night while posting six or more strikeouts for the fifth time in his last eight outings.
