The 29-year-old took reliever Caleb Baragar deep for a two-run shot in the eighth inning, driving in teammate Brendan Rodgers in the process. The shortstop has been hot recently, hitting .313 with three home runs and six RBI over his last nine games. He is now up to 19 homers on the year.
