If all goes well during Tuesday's rehab contest, Story -- who has been on the shelf since May 16 -- could be activated at some point during the Red Sox's weekend series in New York versus the Yankees. Since kicking off his rehab assignment with Worcester on Aug. 16, Story has gone 4-for-21 with a 0:5 BB:K while playing exclusively in the field at shortstop.
