Flande was called up from Triple-A Albuquerque on Saturday, Nick Groke of the Denver Post reports.
Flande made 19 appearances with the Rockies last year and pitched to a 4.74 ERA and 1.43 WHIP over 68.1 innings. He'll now rejoin the organization and add depth to Colorado's bullpen. With Albuquerque this season, the 30-year-old compiled a 4.25 ERA and 1.43 WHIP over 42.1 innings. Miguel Castro was sent down in a corresponding roster move.
