Buxton is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Reds.
The 30-year-old started the past two games after missing the past month due to a hip injury, and he'll receive Sunday off after going 2-for-6 with a solo homer, an additional RBI and an additional run scored. Willi Castro is starting in center field Sunday with Buxton on the bench.
