The Twins outrighted Boushley to Triple-A St. Paul on Tuesday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.
Boushley was removed from the 40-man roster over the weekend but has cleared waivers and will stick around in the organization. The 30-year-old has spent virtually all of 2024 at St. Paul, where he holds a 4.68 ERA in 16 starts.
